The Southeast Land Trust Conservation Center epitomizes sustainable architectural applied to renovate an historic farmhouse for workforce housing. Tasked with creating a net-zero energy building, the design incorporates cutting-edge energy efficiency measures. This project serves as a functional conservation hub and stands as a model for sustainable building design.
